The rental price of the all-in-one POS includes the device, the POS software with a Standard licence and the eKasa licence. If the device is used as an eKasa, a one-off purchase of a protected data storage (CHDÚ) for 99 € is required. The protected data storage (CHDÚ) stays with you even after the rental ends, because keeping it archived in your accounting records is required by law. The rental price also includes the licence to use the iKelp Pokladňa Standard application. The discounted rental is only available to new customers or existing customers opening a new business location. The minimum rental period is 24 months. This discounted price can only be applied to one point of sale. For existing customers or for an additional point of sale, we will be happy to prepare an individual quote.
The subsidised purchase of the all-in-one POS includes the device and the eKasa licence. A new protected data storage (CHDÚ) is also included in the price. Subsidised POS sets can only be purchased together with an annual iKelp software licence for 1 year, with a 1-year commitment period. This means that if the customer stops using the application early, the remaining subscription for the commitment period is not refunded. Discounted prices are only available to new customers or existing customers opening a new business location. For one business location, a customer can buy only one discounted set, i.e. a set containing at most:
- 1 Windows or Android computer with a touch display
- 1 eKasa device (ALL-IN-ONE, eKasa printer or CHDÚ with a printer)
- 1 payment terminal
- 1 customer display
The discounted price requires an active payment terminal with a minimum turnover of 10,000 € within 12 months. If this condition is not met, the manufacturer reserves the right to charge an additional 100 € excl. VAT.
